so. We don't pretend to be expert at everything. That's why we'll say no to a job rather than put a business at risk. If we do refuse a job, we'll always suggest someone we think can be of help. |
| After our first
meeting, we'll send you a full written brief. This will set
out what we'll do, how we'll do it, how long it will take and how
much it will cost. We'll also send you a contract and a copy
of our trading terms. If you're happy with the brief, sign the contract and send it back to us. We'll then schedule the work and start on an agreed date. |
